Trigger Release
Honda excell xr2600. I replaced the pump and now the motor quits when I release the trigger on the sprayer.?
Starts fine when cold, bleed the air out of the system and then release trigger and it dies. Turn off water supply, try to restart and no dice. Smells like lean fumes when trying to resart.
I’d assume the cause and effect is in play. You replaced the pump, not it quits when you release the trigger.
Got the manual? They usually have a trouble shooting section, or you can find a repair center perhaps to take a look.
As a side note, cars and transportation may not be the best place to ask about it.
